High-temperature drying cabinets reaching up to 300°C are rarely used in residential settings but are primarily used in industry, suitable for industrial production fields that require processing components, parts, and products at high temperatures for a specific period. Of course, many models of drying ovens are also used in residential settings, but with lower temperatures, possibly 160°C or 200°C. In this article, Mactech introduces a high-temperature drying cabinet model reaching up to 300°C, widely used in industry. The cabinet comes in various sizes. The video shows a high-temperature drying cabinet (300°C) with a drying chamber volume of approximately 500 liters. It includes 10 stainless steel 304 drying trays measuring 60x60cm. Depending on the specific product, the most suitable type of drying tray can be selected, such as perforated sheet trays, mesh trays, solid trays, or hanging rack trays. The drying cabinet walls are 12-15cm thick, the exterior is made of powder-coated steel, the interior is made of stainless steel 304, and high-quality insulation ensures that the temperature inside remains below 50°C while the outside temperature is 300°C.

The control systems of Mactech’s current high-temperature dryers allow users to set multiple drying stages at different temperatures and durations. For example, drying for the first hour at 100°C, then 150°C for the next two hours, and then 250°C for the following 30 minutes, with a maximum of six automatically changing drying stages. 

The temperature control method in these dryers is a recirculating system, meaning that the heat-carrying air inside the machine is continuously circulated, with only a small portion of the air flow being released to reduce humidity during drying. Hot air blows from both sides of the drying chamber through small holes in the machine walls arranged from top to bottom to distribute air evenly with high pressure. The temperature difference inside the machine, once it reaches 100°C or more, will be less than 5°C at different locations, thus providing uniform heat to the product.
