The High-temperature dryers with a drying temperature range from 35^oC to 160^oC or 200^oC or 300^oC are used mainly for drying and processing materials for both industrial and civil sectors. Products, finished products or raw materials also need heat treatment steps, so the dryer is an indispensable equipment. In this content is a 3 sensor component dryer with the technical name MSD1500-160XD high-temperature dryer with 1 large drying chamber, 2 doors opening on both sides and using a thermal controller with 3 temperature sensors at the different positions in the drying chamber.

With 3 temperature sensors in the drying chamber, the dryer will control the hot air temperature entering the drying chamber and the air temperature leaving the drying chamber. When hot air circulates from the drying chamber to the heating chamber and then back into the drying chamber, controlling both input and output heat will ensure a very uniform product drying temperature.
