In many industrial manufacturing sectors today, specialized drying equipment is indispensable, and electronic component dryers are one such example. Many parts require drying during manufacturing, processing, or remanufacturing, such as electronic components, printed circuit boards, transformers, painted parts, and acrylic. Therefore, using the right dryer to ensure high efficiency is crucial.

The image above shows three-phase power components used in three-phase electrical equipment such as heating systems and high-power fans. These are similar to switches but with high voltage and current, thus requiring a heat sink base. The hard black plastic material used to cover the entire internal circuitry needs to be dried for 6-8 hours at low temperatures to ensure optimal and rapid hardening. This is just one specific component; other components such as printed circuit boards, electronic circuits, transformers requiring insulating oil drying, paint materials requiring heat-resistant drying, and acrylic materials requiring softening drying are also examples of similar applications.

The image above is the MSD500-160 dryer model belonging to the high temperature dryer line of Mactech with a drying temperature range of 35-160oC or higher up to 200-300oC when customers order separately. This is a mid-range dryer model with a drying chamber volume of 500 liters, suitable for many current needs in small and medium-sized industrial companies because the components are often not too large in size and quantity. In addition, Mactech also has many other large-sized dryer models such as 1 m3, 2-3-4-5 m3 drying chambers suitable for many production scales of customers. In particular, high temperature dryer lines all have the function of setting complex drying modes such as multi-stage drying, different temperatures and times, or using a multi-sensor temperature controller to help users control the drying parameters most accurately.
The video shows a small electronic component dryer with a temperature limit of up to 300°C, suitable for drying many types of mechanical and electronic products, and in many other applications requiring high temperatures up to hundreds of degrees Celsius. Typically, the interior of the machine is made of 1mm thick 304 stainless steel, and the exterior is made of heat-resistant powder-coated steel. The machine walls are 100-150mm thick and contain suitable insulation material, ensuring both high aesthetics and reduced production costs. However, customers can order with specific requirements to best suit their needs.
