JOOWON VINA Company, uses many plastic pellet dryers

The JOOWON VINA Company is a company invested entirely from Korea, located in Nhon Trach, Dong Nai province, Vietnam, currently producing products in the field of footwear, therefore, the production process will include a drying step for plastic granules to reach the required dryness before use it. Currently, this unit is using many dryers from Mactech such as 2 MSD500 dryers and 4 MSD800 dryers. Let’s take a quick look at this unit.

High quality plastic pellets are an important raw material to create high quality plastic products, one of those factors is the cleanliness and dryness of the plastic pellets before being used. Therefore, all plastic manufacturing companies need to have a suitable plastic granule drying system. Currently, Joowon Vina company is using many types of Circulating hot air dryers from Mactech to suit each small part, use small quantities and importantly, meet product drying requirements very well. Ensure accurate temperature and dryness of the product.

The image above is the MSD800 dryer with 15 drying trays measuring 56x63x2cm for each tray, so we can dry from 50kg to 80kg of product at a drying times depending on the type of product. With the above plastic granule drying products, the drying temperature is usually 60~80^oC, and the drying time is about 4~8 hours depending on the initial moisture and weight of product per drying batch.

The above 2 drying machines are orders that Joowon Vina company need to transfer to production areas outside Vietnam, within the production facility system of this company. This shows that Mactech’s drying equipment is very suitable for plastic products and the drying requirements in this field.

Depending on each product or industrial material, Customers need to use the most suitable dryer, with simple drying requirements, the drying temperature is only needed below 100^oC, and with the surface heat treatment function, drying for Hard materials such as metal, ceramic, glass, … need to use high temperatures dryer will meet complex drying requirements.
