MSD1500 hot air dryer, suitable for drying 150kg food, vegetable, fruit

The msd1500 hot air dryer uses a powder-coated steel frame (or stainless steel 304 material), the wall is 50-70mm thick, and the special insulation material inside the wall ensures very high insulation and high temperature resistance up to 200^oC. The machine consists of 2 drying chambers, each containing 15 drying trays with size 56x63x2cm entirely made of 304 stainless steel. The door structure is tight, using synthetic rubber gaskets with high elasticity and temperature resistance up to 200^oC, ensuring the difference between inside and outside, reducing temperature loss.

Components of the MSD1500 hot air circulating dryer

The simple structure of this hot air circulating dryer includes 2 drying chambers, an electronic controller, an electrical box, a circulating fan at the top for each chamber, a steam removal mechanism, 30 trays, a heater, 4 wheels, 2 door locks, and other electrical components. Because the equipment is made for easy maintenance and warranty, users may rapidly replace parts when necessary. This dryer can use 1 phase or 3 phases of electricity supply.
